Meet Georgia Southern University Counseling Intern, Brayden Bland!

Brayden Bland graduated from Georgia Southern University (GSU) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2021. She then decided to continue to pursue her education and is
currently a graduate student in GSU’s M.Ed. Counseling Education program, with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
As a Counseling Intern with The Camilla Foundation, it is Brayden’s utmost goal to establish strong, trusting, therapeutic relationships with all clients and to provide counseling services to children, youth, and their families in a way that makes a positive impact and supports their overall well-being and personal development. She believes each individual is unique to themselves and has their own personal strengths, talents, and experiences that play a part in their mental health journey. Brayden wants to provide counseling services that help support and foster personal growth and help individuals overcome different life obstacles, adverse experiences, and mental health challenges that may hinder one’s mental health and wellness.
In her free time, Brayden enjoys going for long runs/walks, doing yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
