Meet Board Member Harley Strickland Smith!

Harley is originally from Claxton, Georgia, but moved to Statesboro while attending Georgia Southern University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in public relations. Harley is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration on nonprofit organizations.

Harley is the Director of Institutional Advancement and Community Relations at East Georgia State College in Swainsboro, Georgia.

Harley is married to Kaleb Smith who is originally from Loganville, Georgia.
